HAVERFORD RESERVE COMMUNITY PLANS APPROVED

On May 22, 2007, the Haverford Township Board of Commissioners approved the final subdivision and land development application for Haverford Reserve.

The new residential lifestyle community will feature maintenance-free living in 198 one-level condominiums in six four-story buildings and 100 side-by-side carriage homes of 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. The 209 acre site is located on Haverford-Darby Road in Haverford. The residences at Haverford Reserve will be surrounded by 120 acres of preserved parkland and 45 acres of township recreation and playing fields. Demolition of existing buildings will commence soon. The grading of the site and township recreation areas will be completed before construction of the homes begins. Home designs are anticipated in late 2007.

Haverford Reserve is being developed and built by Pohlig Builders, of Malvern, PA, and The Goldenberg Group, of Blue Bell, PA. Homes in the community will offer residents open floor plans, gourmet kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, luxurious bathrooms, large closets and generous storage space.

Plans for the carriage homes and condominiums at Haverford Reserve are being developed.
